How Long Does Hot Tub Removal Take?
Most Tri-Cities hot tub removals are done in 1 to 2 hours on site, from when we pull up to when we drive away. From the time you call us to the time the tub is gone is usually 2 to 5 business days.
The on-site timeline
- Drain (10–30 min). Depending on whether it's already empty.
- Disconnect (5–10 min). Cutting the power leads at the unit.
- Cut down for access (15–45 min). Only if needed. Open-driveway tubs skip this entirely.
- Load (15–30 min). Onto the trailer.
- Cleanup (5–15 min). Sweeping the immediate area.
What slows things down
- The tub is full of standing water
- It's surrounded by deck framing that has to come off first
- It's indoors and has to come out through a doorway or window
- Access requires removing fence panels
- The tub is rotted into the pad and needs to be cut into smaller pieces
None of these are dealbreakers — we just budget more time when we see them in your photos before the appointment.
How fast can you get to me?
Most removals get scheduled within 5 business days. Often faster. If you call early in the week we can usually have it gone by Friday. For genuine same-day or next-day jobs, call us — we sometimes have flex in the schedule.
