Shed Demolition & Removal Services

What we remove

• Wood sheds — including the floor frame and any contents (we'll talk through what stays and what goes).
• Metal sheds — Arrow, Lifetime, Suncast, Rubbermaid, etc. The kind that rust through after a few Tri-Cities winters.
• Vinyl & resin sheds — typically the easiest to dismantle since they're modular.
• Greenhouse-style sheds — glass and polycarbonate, handled carefully.

What it costs

• Small (under 8x10): $250–$450
• Standard (10x12 to 12x16): $450–$800
• Large or contents-included: $800–$1,500+

If the shed is full of stuff you don't want either, we'll quote the contents and the structure together — usually cheaper than handling it as two separate jobs.

Concrete pad removal

We don't include concrete slab removal in the base shed quote. If you want the pad gone too, we can scope it separately or refer you to a concrete demo company. Most homeowners just leave the pad in place.
